Account and Data Deletion

Use this page to understand how to request deletion of your TribeLog account and associated app data.

How To Request Deletion

The primary deletion path is inside the app: open TribeLog, go to Profile, open Settings, then choose Delete Account. The app records your account/data deletion request and shows when the request has been received.

If you cannot access the app, email support@risewiththetribe.app from the email address used for your account with the subject line "Data deletion request".

What Happens Next

We will confirm the request by email and complete deletion within 30 days unless we need to retain limited records for legal, security, marketplace, accounting, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.

What May Be Deleted

Profile data, activity logs, challenge membership data, feature submissions, avatar/photo data, owned challenge-proof photos and identity links, and optional interest signals associated with your user account may be removed or anonymized where required. Limited proof-status, moderation, and score-audit records may be anonymized or retained where needed to preserve another member's safety report, challenge integrity, or legal and security obligations.

Some purchase, security, audit, or legal records may need to be retained for marketplace, fraud-prevention, accounting, or compliance reasons.
